Crystal Light Cosmetic is a high energetic session with - Symbols of Light - which are also called "crystals". It's for a more glowing, radiant and fresher appearance. The energy is rejuvanating on an internal and external level. Energetic crystals affect your cells in your whole body. 
Cells are in your skin, bones, organs, muscles, connective tissue and in fluid body compositions e.g. blood.

It's not allowed to publish these crystals, so the symbols on the pic are just an example.

This session is similar to Distance Reiki. You can lie comfortably on your bed or couch and enjoy this wonderful Crystal Light Cosmetic session.

There are 10 sessions recommended but it's up to you how much you would like.

You can sense warmth or a soft pulsing. Some people have the feeling that their cells are dancing or that energy flows into the body and out of the body. Some sense inner movement like waves. You come to a complete relaxing state and you lose the consciousness for time and space. Visions, pictures and dreams can unfold.
Afterwards it could happen that you will have to go to the bathroom/toilet, as the body purges and removes toxins. It is also important to drink enough water after the session. Some clients could notice a difference even after one session.
